My brother has Sea Monkeys! =D And Triops too! But I've yet to see what those looks like up-close (they look like a miniature version of a horseshoe crab, apparently)

I thought Sea Monkeys and Triops were the same thing... o___o I never had but always wanted Triops. In the first place I only want them because I cannot believe that living creatures will swim in the water which were tiny dry eggs or whatever before.

Nope, they're two totally different creatures :) I believe Sea Monkeys are more commonly known as Brine Shrimp, but I can't remember. Triops look kinda like miniature horseshoe crabs, and my brother tells me they grow to be about an inch or so long when they're full grown :)

It's interesting how they can remain in a suspended animation state until you dump them in water, eh? :)

Sea Monkeys are so neat..and so relaxing to watch!

Btw I read down and Sea Monkeys aren't QUITE brine shrimp...they're more of a hybrid that was created. There's an exact name, something NYOS...NY for New York as that's where they were er.."created"? xD

Sea Monkeys eh? I never really got into the crazy. Plus it was really just another body of water that I could spill/kill. I mean couldn't even keep budgies. I keep thinking they wanted to come and play with me. Then the bitches flew off leaving me crying. :'(
