I am feeling better, for the record. The stomach bug from hell finally moved out, after making my stomach feel flippy and bubbly and all sorts of gross weird on Friday. I seriously though I was going to give birth to something, I believe on DC I dubbed it a stomach gremlin and gave it to Jessy. O_O Mom got the sickness too..So it was contagious.
I did get my books Friday, one expensive ass one for biochemistry I doubt we'll use more than 5 times, some book for life beyond the classroom, and I still need one for the Lyrics class I signed up for, but looked like none were in yet. The total should still be under $250, unless Mike Miller decides we need a book. He better not or I'll hassle him!
Saturday Keith and I just sort of hung out, until we went to see Joey and take him to the bar. Kyle, Josh, and Brian were there too and after her car fucked up, Sarah also joined. I tried "Sex on the Beach" this time as a tribute to Rose and...omg..I had five of the damn things, SO GOOD. Oh and a Red Death :3 I didn't get smashed though lol, this was over the course of about 4 hours. We spnt most of it playing pool, and I bought Joey 3 or 4 drinks, also got Sarah one. I guess the bartender had been told to cut me off at one point and I was like "That's strange...I'm buzzed but not really drunk". Besides, Joey and Brian had a lot, if not more. I realized later though, some of those drinks I actually carried back to Joey, they probably thought I bought more for myself than I actually did. We walked back in the cold to the apartment but it didn't bother me. I went out about an hour later with Joey and Josh to the gas station...
Cumberland Farms at 3 am in Lyndonville on a SATURDAY is messed up. It's like the crap of the town congregates there after they're done drinking. There was one guy acting like a drama queen in the isle going "Omg I should never have left town, nothing happens in this town without me, freakout freakout" and just...everyone was kinda shifty, even the one guy I knew xD I got my juice, Josh got his munchies, and Joey got his..whatever and we got the hell outta there. I finished off Joey's vodka and we sat around and all talked for a while x3 Went to bed at like 4:30 am...we were on the floor though which sucks. Most people can take the floor but I guess I'm a real baby, it just hurts my back a lot and I'm never comfy x.x
Today I sat on my ass in their armchair. They played Halo most of the day, so I went along on a trip to Price Chopper and to get Sarah's car, and then came back and uh..sat. I was just so tired and headachey for a while! Sarah made me Mac and Cheese. I felt bad..she made some chicken if I wanted it for the Tacos (Joey had a Mexican birthday dinner x3) but having drank the night before, combined with BEING HIT WITH THE SMELL OF MEXICAN...nooooooo. Had some nachos, chatted, and ran outta the kitchen xD
We ended by watching his new Family Guy DVD's, flashback! It was the same set we watched the night I got and named Ferreldawg.
...Ferreldawg came with me overnight. Keith was like "aren't you old for a stuffed animal?"
I let him know I'm not the only person I know over 20 who drags a stuffed animal around with me. Heck a few of the people I know are here on LJ.
Yanno, who says you;re too old for a stuffed animal anyway? It's just another thing. He keeps his silly butterlfy knife on him at all times. For defence? Hardly. Brain told me he keeps his knife on him just because he has to have it or he feels weird. Josh told me he carries around his memory stick. Knives are manly and all, and sticks are useful but I'll take my stuffed dog xD Seriously I don't get why bringing a stuffed dog somewhere is weird if it makes you feel comfortable, maybe that's just me.
Except Ferreldawg is totally alive, so.
OH YEA some girl came up with Joey's best friend (..Joey and said best friend sang to each other along with Steven Lynch's "If I Were Gay", it was moving but also quite odd, and funny when the cd paused and they kept going xD) ...anyway the girl brought he UBER CUTE DOGGY who was scared of me when I stood up but when I was sitting down, she kept puting her little paw in my hand. What a sweet little doggy :)
I have not done much since I got home..got online and did some rping, decided to watch movie. Ellen screams "BLADES" so I watch Blades XD I tried to fanfic during it and she reminded me of her Jeopardy idea, so I'm working on that buuuut..I didn't get shit done after all on it xD But I'm definetly mulling it over for work tomorrow and later this week. Aw Chazz will be fun....

I also have a picture I wanna do...Oddi suggested I draw her and I and it sounds like a lot of fun! I wiuld have started tonight if I wasn't kinda really tired.
Anyway...good night overall. Found a Blades headband I want and a shirt. I talked to Ellen about like..how I get easily fixated and stuff about my Xena obsession and that was actually pretty nice, lately I'm getting the hang of ACTUALLY talking to people, getting there, gettin there. Ahaha.
Wow I just babbled a lot! I worked myself into a better mood than I was in when I got home, so that's nice :3
Monday is free...and school is Tuesday, but somehow I think I'll survive - the first week anyway xD
Now off to bed, before I do that thing where I see shit move. That freaks me out. Lol.

And yes...LJ friend who sleeps with stuffed animal, right here! I used to have stuffed animals I was particularly attached to, and I don't that anymore, but I still bring one of the ones from my collection along with me when I go places if I think of it. I just like the feeling of having one in my arms when I sleep.
I'm glad you're making such strides socially. It seems like you've found a good balance between doing things you like and watching Halo, too! Looking forward to seeing your drawing.

She's back in Hancock with my parents now, but *laughing* I still refer to her as "she" rather than "it." Her name's Patty, and she makes regular appearances in the stories I create for myself. So after that, I can't seem to get nearly as attached to stuffed animals in the here and now. But Pandora's the kitty is a cutie; I'll post a picture one of these days.
About writing--I think there's a place for just writing as you feel like it,and letting people hear your voice--and then there's a place for polish and technique. I've fallen WAY off practicing my technique anymore--sometimes I wish I could go back to school just for that. But yeah, you have a fun style, and I'm glad so many people are letting you know.

I don't think you're too old for a stuffed animal. I have my oldest favourite stuffed animal in my bed again since I moved away from my parents. It's a monkey and his name is Ecki *lol* No one knows how I came up with that name. He's really wornout. I took him everywhere as a kid. He even went to hospital with me once and got a fake injection bc the doc wanted to kinda calm me down with goofing around ;) I just down carry him around bc I don't like random people touching him XD Somehow people tend to throw him around, idky... o__o

A fake injection!!!!!! Okay THAT is cute. Very cute. I never did anything like that, I just got nervous and scared shitless of needles instead :D Ecki is an adorable name...I spent a lot of years NOT naming my own stuffies because..well they were Beanie Babies. They came with their own names.
I don't like random people touching my stuffed animals either...I get touchy even if my boyfriend grabs Ferreldawg.
