Oh, I've gotta tell you my laughing during class story. When I was in seventh grade, my teacher made a presentation about a culture trip she'd taken to China. She said that she and her friends were getting their picture taken with a cute little statue, and all the Chinese were laughing at them...because it wasn't a statue, it was a garbage can. Everyone in the class laughed, and then the teacher went on. But somehow, I thought that was the funniest thing EVER...so I went on giggling long after everyone else was silent. I'd think about the current presentation, and then my mind would drift back to the garbage can, and I'd have to stifle giggles behind my hand.
Anyway, I hope you have a good weekend. What was your story in creative writing about? I think it's awesome that you're doing that, and that you have a chance to be part of a study group. Oh, yeah, and regarding Halo...LOL, I don't think there are things much more boring than watching people play games like that. I did enjoy watching my brother play Final Fantasy and Breath of Fire, but those had stories I could follow (plus, I played 'em myself).
