ANGRY HARD PIRATE

I was in a good mood when I came online but it plummetted.
It hasn't really been a bad day....but some things have sucked.
I got like 4 hours asleep before my parents woke me up for KITTEN CATCHING. They got Batman okay and into a carrier but Rogue, the fluffy, almost FERAL one, went running around the house. All the rooms were blocked off, but she still managed to hide in a hole behind the old TV. Dad knew about the hole luckily and he found her. So picture this, a woman with a box, a man with a net, and a younger woman with a blanket all cornering a small, very frightened fluffy kitten.
...Yea. We got her though. So they went to the vet who is working with SAD-SAC to check them up...we may or may not get them back. *sigh* Only if they absolutely need us to foster them. So I guess when I was petting Batman last night that was prolly goodbye :( I know I couldn't get too attached, but I'm still a little sad, it was fun to go out and find yourself with a surprise kitten-buddy, Batman liked to show up whenever I went in the kitchen.
Also, I think today was my last meeting for the paper, next time I'm bringing in a hard copy to turn in for final grade..but...*sigh* Alan took a hard line with me today editting things. What really gets me is he had this same exact stuff on the paper like 3 weeks ago and said NOTHING about them, then all the sudden today is "you worded this wrong, what's this? Explain this, what on earth does this mean? You need to change this..." and so on. He also overexplains sometimes to the point I feel dumb. It's like "Oh. Yes. I see, that's a run-on sentence. I'll fix it." I don't need him to tell me why it's a run on and what it says as a run on and blah blah run on. Oh well.
Then I said something really stupid when I went on a mini rant about how my advisor kinda screwed me on this since she wouldn't even talk to me about the whole research thing when I started asking originally over a year ago...anyway what I said came off really arrogant and he was like "O_O Uh *Laughs in my face* YOUR project is prbably less work than *thing I talked about*" and I was like "shit" because what he got from it wasn't what I had meant at all *sigh* I kind of crashed into the side of the wall as I walked out too because I was so depressed I literally lost composure.
Oh well.
At least I'm not sick as a dog anymore :/
