IF GOING TO OTAKON WITH ME...REEEAAAAD

Umm..just a general planning post for Otakon I guess. I'm afraid of the actual planning being a big headache.

I was going to make a list but actually, please just post if you're going and then I'll come back and edit. I know I'm going, and I know Em's going since she lives RIGHT THERE. Matt also says he is going. Keith I know you've mentioned you're not sure, but a spot will be open for you anyway til the last minute.

...That's the boyfriend bonus xD; The rest of you need to be FAIRLY CLOSE to pretty darn sure. We have 1 hotel room, 7 - 8 people can cram in. People who have been going with me longer have preference since I know them better...um..I hope that doesn't sound horrible ._.; But that's only if too many people post xD

But anyway, VERMONTERS even if you have told me you're sure as cat's ass you're going, post anyway. It might seem silly but it helps me out.

Also something to keep in mind...in the event Keith and I have by some magic gotten out of VT by this time, people from VT will have to make their own caravan down. This may happen ANYWAY if there is a group of you..parent's van only holds so many.

BTW FOR THE LOVE OF GOD TALK TO EACH OTHER. If we split cars, make sure you know who you'll be riding with, talk to each other about plans...like where to park and stuff. I'm the boss of the hotel room, but not everything else xD; I know Matt has no LJ guys, don't be afriad to yanno, talk to him *Knows he was annoyed about reserving his own room* Wasn't anyone's fault but his own for not letting me know, but still I'm surprised no one brought up AB around him. Remind him he can call me as well, if I don't 1st.

Edits and changes to this post will be made as needed...we'll hammer out what we can here.
