YAY. GUESS WHAT I'M BACK FROM OTAKON EVERYONE!!!!!! =D
Let's cut right to the chase and I'll tell you wut we did ^^
Thursday - WHOOT. I slept in LATE for that night train x3 So we left around 2:30 or so to get everyone, and we all played happy Disney music and put on smiles!!! ...Actually we rode in the car like happy peoples. The trip was non descript, and we got to Boaton South Station with plenty or time. We waited for Nick... xD And this bum came to visit us! He was holding this piece of paper like some article with words all scribbled in blue marker on it, and he started going on about "Wendel Johnson", who did things to people who stuttered. Apparently "Wendel" beat him and then beat several AMISH CHILDREN to death. It was like wtf lol. Then he went on about how they're monsters and so on. He informed us that he was one of the smartest men on earth and that he himself had a PHD in science and worked with fusion.I kept wondering at what point he would ask for money..but he didn't, just told his story for 10 minutes and waklked away. Keith went and asked someone...I guess he's just the harmless train station bum lol.
Then we got on the train. It was funny, we went to sit in these groups of seats that said for parties of 3 or moreand Keri and I were like "OH NOES WE'RE ONLY TWO" and after a minute I realized "wait..there's five us us." DUR! So 4 of us sat in them while Nick took the other 4 seats across the aisle..hey, why not? But it was a mistake to let him sit alone..about 20 minutes into our trip this blonde lady in white clothes comes along and sits across from him. She said she noticed we had music and she wanted some because she just wanted to dance, you know, just wanted to dance, sayi ng this while she kept putting her hands all over his legs and stuff, and then she saty next to him and kept pawing at him and his hair and saying he was so cute and my favorite thing she kept saying... "I'm not coming on to you!" Anyway she wouyldn't stop so I got up and asked Nick if he'd come to the snackcar with me. He wanted to..but then whore ladty introduced herself as Steph and wanted to come along. She kept telling me I was "so cute!" and she was following me with her hand on my waist going "do you mind if I touch you?" I was just like "uhhh" and then the train moved and I got a butt carress O_O;;; Then we were down in the snackcar and she turned around and said she was buying stuff for her friends and HELLO grabbed my boob. I was already standing ass to wall to avoid a grope but eh..watcha gonna do I guess xD It was bothersome at the time but by the time I was back at my seat I thought it was hilarious. Anyway, so Keith comes in too feeling bad for me going alone with her, and then Nick I think. So she bought drinks for Nick and wanted to for me but I told her I was underage. So I went with her back to the seat while Keith and Nick lagged behind. She sat across from me for a bit. This guy came along and Keri and I were wearing our cat hats see, and he started going "Are you ladies pretending to bbe cats? Cause you have cat ears. Pinnas. P-I-N-N-A-S. Those are ears." And he was taling and Steph was like "Do you have a problem with my friends?" (friends...wtfff) and he was like "No, I was a cat in my past life!" He got into a place between cars and started telling people we were pretending to be cats. A security person then told us we were gonna get overcrowded so people had to get back to their seats. I went back and Keri went back, but the security guard turned to me and said if Steph came back over to us, to come get her. Seems night crew was well aware of her. So Keri came back and sat with me I think and then we talked for a while before Steph went back down to the snackcar. Also, cat-man was telling people Hilary Clinton was on the trian with the secret service. Nick and Keith came back, apparently she was arguing with someone so they split, and I was sitting across from them. She came back and forced me to move so I didn't take up 2 seats and she sat down. She then startedf to give me a neck rub O_o and Then she started on how Nick was so cute again.
..And then Keith did something worship worthy.
He starts rubbing Nicks leg and goes "I think we should tell them." And then he tells the whore that he and Nick are toghether as a couple, all while touching Nick xD She asked me if it was true and I was just like "Yeaaaaa, it is." And so she watched for a second, got up, went back to her seat..SHE NEVER BOTHERED US AGAIN. LOL. OMG.
SO. then I was up for a bit, and took a nap til we got to Penn station in New York, where Nick and Keith BOOKED it to McDonald's before the train could take off. They brought back foood..and also this annoying girl came in and sat with me. OMG. She was so..ARGGGH. She sat with us since she was headed to Otakon as well. ALL SHE DID WAS TAAAAAALK. ABOUT. HERSELF. AND J-ROCK BANDS. X.X AERGH! I said I wasn't into J-pop and she got all "OH J-ROCK ISN'T J-POP OMG!!!" and wouldn;'t shut up and I was like "WHATEVER, JAPANESE MUSICS ARRRGH"....not that I dislike the stuff I'm just you know, not into it, don't buy cds or nothing. And she would not stop about how this J-rocker was so cute and blah blah and her and anime and her and J-rock and arrgh. This went on for 2 and a half hours by the way. Anytime I said anything she blatantly interuppted about HER! DIR EN GREY! HER!! ..I hit my limit pretty much when Xena came up and she said Xena was a ripoff of something....oooooooooohhhhh.
Jesus this is getting long.
Friday - So we got to Baltimore at 6 am and were in line for Otakon before 7 lol. It wasn't as long as when we got in last year, I think beause this year we got there insultingly early. Nick and Keith got our room and ONMG. It was a NICE big room!!! Adfter we got our badges we all wrnt and napped in it...so...nice..huge..fancy sink inlet thingy...anyway...I woke up from napping and slipped into James and went to the Dealer's room =D BOUGHT STUFF. We all went back to the room around 6 and fell asleep..again lol. Then at 8 went back out I think, well Keith, Kyle and I. Kewi was a sweepy thing. So my favorite panel..."I Can't Believe You've Never Seen This!" 10 VERY strange clips that these panel people had happened to find. The fiorst one was something like Cyber City..and it was all futuristic and this character was stealing something. Sabertooth tigers came out of capsule on the wall and attacked and if THAT wasn't enough, they shot lasers out their mouths! xD The last clip was the WEIRDEST. It was stop-motion filming, live action..some weird thing done for Disney Channel in 1979. It was called "The Wizard of Speed and Time" and featured a guy in a green robe moving very fast, helping a woman cause she missed her bus..running around the world..and he eventually slipped on a banana and went over the moon. He then returned to his home and sang a song about being "Your friend in green." Anyway..after that I was dazedx Xd I left and went back to the hotel room whule the boys did Hellsing stuff. I then proceeded to sit awake for 3 hours so I could let hem in but they didn't come back, and sent me worrying when they decided not tocome back til late. I ate cheesecake and fell asleep pretty pissed.
Saturday- Damn we didn't get up til like..late D: Got to the con at what.2? But we were all tired. I threw on Ayame first and went shopping basically. Keith and Kyle went for autogrpahs but couldn't get in so they came with us for a bit. Then later Keri and I went to masquerade...it was outside the con center but actually conveniently a couple blocks from our hotel. ^^ We went in there and waited an hour +. I finished a manga so for like 40 minutes I was just sort "...durrrr....". It was funny. They didn;t show AMV wins though! Bastages. We got back to the hotel at the same time as the guys..apparently they barely got into Hellsing and the line was LEGENDARY. We went to Baskin Robbbins for Ice cream..it was so nice out. I came back and called Jessy for an hour and something, only hung up when it got freaking loud in the room..Nick had a room party x3 Those people.. xD I so don't know them but they were funny. I tried to interact, well at least a little. SEE NICK I'M, NOT BORIIIING. Just the other 3 were =D ANYWAY....I mentioned buttsex and Keri came over to sex me up and right away the whole party moved next to the bed we were on. Lol. Don'ty take much sometimes eh. Then later we went out to panels...Keith said he;'d psned some of Saturday night with me so I went to the Zombie apcolapse panel, so typically he got bored with that and left with Kyle for a Japanese wrestling thing =( So I was BITTER AND ANGRY back to the room. Everyone went to sleep again..I was still awake so I just sorta organized stuff for the trip back. Then I talked with Nick..eventually I got to sleep and it was FREEZING, damn AC.
Sunday - Woke up. Rushed to Dealer's room. I apparently walked too fast and when I turned around to let them catch up, everyone was gone, down a different entrance without telling me X.x Then they didn't wanna let me jump in with them in line..so I got to the dealer's room and ran off :P I made myself happy finding something I'd wanted for..a looong time (like 2 years) and I also bought $25 worht of Xena comics so..I was a fairly happy camper for a while ^^
Train ride - unexciting. Too many people. But Keith, Kyle, Nick and I all managed to sit together, though we had no leg room. I ate a pizza on the train and made myself sick. I tried to draw and stuff but stomach hurt too much so I went back to my seat and attempted sleeping. Nick came back and we chatted..took strange pictures of Meowth. We got back to the train station and acted up til Dad got there. xD Them a car stop at Nick's and then McDonalds and it was home we went.
Now I'm just suffering con withdrawals xD

Anyway, all in all... Good convention. It was lots of fun, and I enjoyed Baltimore as well, I didn't come in contact with hardly any bums/troublemakers.
People wise I honestly felt pretty alone the whole time..I think it would be cool if I had someone to cosplay with and some other stuff but I don't :/ I think I was kinda on my own in the things I wanted to do, except for the Dealer's Room. The most fun I had I think..was Nick's room party cause people were laughing and talking instead of series of grunts and stuff.
The only problem I have is I just feel discouraged from going..because what I want to do is different then anyone else. No one else seems to get excited about the masquerades, no one else cosplays with me, and....I dunno. I wanted to walk around the con too like down to the fountainsd where photoshoots took place. Not that there was anything to do there, I just wanted to go. But I didn;t even bother asking anyone. I think maybe some additions to the crew would be nice... Maia you coming to the next con riiiiiight? 8D
